Caribbean map > Virgin Islands > Best beaches

There are so many top beaches on all islands that it is difficult to choose the best out
of them. Please note that (smaller) hotel beaches can get crowded in high season.
USVI: The three USVI have also small
bays with white beaches. Very popular is
Magens Bay on St.Thomas. You have to
pay a small entry fee, but you can use
showers as well. There is also a bar on
this lively beach and picnic tables.
You should also try the nice Bolongo
Beach in front of the resort and the
Morningstar Beach. The Cinnamon
Bay and Trunk Bay on St. John are the
perfect Caribbean beaches, but there
are plenty of fine white sand strips
around the whole island.
On St. Croix the best beaches are the La Grande Princess just north of Christiansted,
the Shoy Beach, the beaches on Buck Island and on the Cay as well as Sandy
Point.
