There is not a large selection of restaurants on both islands, but the few are good.
It´s a typical mixture of West Indian and international cuisine. Many restaurants are
located in hotels.
Expensive: Excellent restaurants can be
found in the hotels OLD GIN HOUSE and
QUEEN´S GARDEN. Probably the best
restaurant on Saba is located in the HO-
TEL WILLARD´S. You dine at the pool
side and the service is great. The restau-
rant MAISON SUR LA PLAGE on St. Eus-
tatius has a perfect setting.

Moderate: The BRIGADOON RESTAU-
RANT on Saba is located in a colonial
building from 1800 and serves great sea-
food. Guests can choose a lobster at the
fish bassin. The HELL´S GATE is speci-
alised in Créole dishes. SONNY´S PLACE
on St. Eustatius has something unusual,
they offer Chinese food.
Budget: FRANKY´S on St. Eustatius has snacks and burger and the KAFFEHUIS on
Saba has snacks.
