seau you will find the elegant and well-
known restaurant LA ROBE CRÉOLE.
It is set in an old colonial building and
offers good seafood. The restaurant at
the SUNSET BAY CLUB is managed by
a chef which owned a restaurant in Bel-
gium. The FORT YOUNG HOTEL´s
restaurant is also good and you will dine
in authentic colonial style.
Moderate: The SUNDOWNER CAFE at Scott´s Head offers friendly service and
good dishes at the water front. Try seafood. Very busy at evenings. The RAINFO-
REST RESTAURANT at the Papillote Hotel serves dinner, reservations required.
At the GUIYAVE RESTAURANT in Roseau you will dine at the first floor balcony.
The DOMCAN RESTAURANT has been popular since 10 years and offers local
specialities.

Budget: There are many small restaurants on Dominica where the chef is the ow-
ner and all dishes are available at a reasonable prices.
