Expensive: The two best restaurants on the island are HIBERNIA and BLAN-
CHARDS. Both serve a nice mixture of Caribbean and French cuisine. The set-
ting of Hibernia is fantastic, as you will dine on a large varenda with garden views.
Another very good restaurant, run by the two star chef Michel Rostang, is placed
at the MALLIHOUANA. THE STRAW HAT is a new restaurant which is built over
the water.

Moderate: Italian food is served at ARLO´S. There is a good choice of pizzas
and pastas. Nice is as well SERENITY which is set right in front of the beach.

Budget: SMITTY´s has harbour views and good seafood. Popular with locals and
tourists.
