The CARNIVAL in April is the highlight of the year and is celebrated
mainly in the capital. The BIRTHDAY OF THE DUTCH QUEEN on 30th
April is celebrated also and so as the NATIONALDAY on 11th November.
HEINEKEN REGATTA in March and the SUMMER FESTIVAL in June are
also popular.
