Entry permit:
US, Canadian and EC citizens need a passport which has to be valid for at
least 6 month and a return ticket. All others should contact the embassy
before departure.

International Arrival e.g.:
No direct connections. From USA: With AMERICAN AIRLINES and CONTI-
NENTAL to Antigua and than further on. From Europe: With AIR FRANCE /
France and MARTINAIR / Netherlands to St. Maarten and than further on.
With BA / UK a to Antigua and than further on (see Arrival within the Carib-
bean).

Arrival within the Caribbean e.g.:
LIAT has connections from different islands to St. Kitts and also Nevis.
WINAIR from St. Maarten (see Caribbean Airlines)

Climate:
There is a nice steady temperature of around 28° C.

English is the official language.

Currency:
The official currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar (EC $). We recommend
to take Traveller´s Cheques in US $. Credit Cards are sometimes accepted.
