Entry permit:
US, Canadian and EC citizens need a passport which has to be valid for at
least 6 month and a return ticket. All others should contact the embassy
before departure.

International arrival e.g.:
From USA and Europe: There are no direct flights to Dominica. The best
would be to fly to Guadeloupe or Martinique and go further with CARIB-
BEAN EXPRESS FERRY.or by plane (see Caribbean Airlines)

Arrival within the Caribbean e.g.:
LIAT has different flights to Dominica as well as CARIBBEAN STAR (see
Caribbean Airlines)

Climate:
There is a nice steady temperature around 28° C.

110 Volt.

Language:
English is the official language.

Currency:
The official currency is the Eastern Caribbean $ (EC$). We recommend
to take Traveller´s Cheques in US $. Credit Cards are sometimes accep-
ted. US $ are accepted nearly everywhere.
