Entry permit:
US, Canadian and EC citizens need a passport which has to be valid for at
least 6 month and a return ticket. All others should contact the embassy
before departure.

International arrival e.g.:
From USA: With AMERICAN AIRLINES, CONTINENTAL, CARIBBEAN
AIRLINES. From Canada: With AIR CANADA. From Europe: With CARIB
BEAN AIRLINES and BA / UK.

Arrival within the Caribbean e.g.:
LIAT has connections from nearly all islands to Barbados. CARIBBEAN
AIRLINES from Trinidad. You can travel as well by ferry (MV WINDWARD)
from/to Barbados (see Caribbean Airlines).

Climate:
There is a nice steady temperature of around 28° C.

110 Volt.

Language:
English is the official language.

Currency:
The official currency is the Barbados Dollar (EC$). We recommend to take
Traveller´s Cheques in US $. Credit Cards are sometimes accepted. US $ are
accepted nearly everywhere.
