US, Canadian and EC citizens need a passport which has to be valid for at
least 6 month and a return ticket. All others should contact the embassy
before departure.
International arrival e.g.:
No direct connections. From USA: With AMERICAN AIRLINES, US AIR
and CONTINENTAL to St. Maarten. From Europe: With BA and CARIB
BEAN AIRLINES to Antigua. With KLM or MARTINAIR / Netherlands to St
Maarten. With AIR FRANCE, CORSAIR / France to St. Maarten. Than you
have to change planes to go further to Anguilla. (see Caribbean Airlines)
Arrival within the Caribbean e.g.:
WINAIR has connections from St. Maarten to Anguilla.LIAT from Puerto
Rico and Antigua to Anguilla. AIR ANGUILLA has some flights from St.
Thomas / Virgin Islands to Anguilla. There is a ferry from Marigot / St. Martin
to Anguilla (see Caribbean Airlines).

There is a nice steady temperature of around 28° C.

English is the official language.
Currency:
The official currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar (EC$). We recom-
mend to take Traveller´s Cheques in US $. Credit Cards are sometimes
